Dr. Ali explained about my condition, and what he intended doing on my two visits. He was very welcoming, courteous, and efficient, and after the second visit during which he performed a minor operation, he asked if I would like to see him again in a couple of days so that he could inspect the wound. This I appreciated very much as I had over 20 stitches in my ear, and was a little apprehensive about the after care. He thoroughly cleaned the wound in the presence of my wife, and instructed her as how to carry out subsequent cleaning and what to use etc. He also indicated that if I felt a need to see him again, or needed further advice, to contact him again. Very reassuring for me.

Both Dr Ali and his assistant were careful to put on at ease as much as possible and were both polite, friendly, and welcoming. Dr Ali took time to explain my condition and to explain the alternative approached to treatment. We decided to proceed with treatment at once and this was accomplished with much care by Dr Ali and his assistant. The prognosis following treatment was explained and I am happy with the way the course of treatment to be followed.

Dr Ali was very proactive and listened to how my skin made me feel, I was given a few treatment options which made me feel like I had the opportunity to decide the best thing for me. He was polite and my dignity was maintained at all times. He has reviewed me recently and has ensured my follow up appointment is booked and that if I have any issues I can see him sooner leaving me feeling very supported.
